Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 September 2026

Before you start

These terms govern your use of Squeed Flow, operated by squeed.co at squeed.co and app.squeed.co (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you must be authorized to accept these terms on its behalf. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data; acceptance of these terms is not consent to every type of data processing.

1 · Service activity and execution records

Squeed Flow records service activity and workflow execution data to operate the Service, maintain security, investigate issues and administer billing. Depending on the features you use, records may include workflow definitions, step inputs and outputs, MCP commands, timestamps, and account and billing events.

This does not mean that documents kept only in your browser are automatically collected as server logs. Details of the information collected, the purposes and legal bases for processing, retention criteria and your rights are described in our Privacy Policy.

2 · Authorized use only

You may use the Service to create diagrams and structure workflows for systems and data you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for your workflow design, configured integrations and compliance with applicable law and third-party rights. Prohibited uses include:

  • unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
  • credential, session or personal-data harvesting;
  • phishing, fraud or spam;
  • denial-of-service or attack tooling;
  • evading or bypassing security and access controls;
  • probing or scanning systems you have no permission to test;
  • scraping or exfiltrating restricted data;
  • any activity that breaks the law or violates the rights of others.

Requests made with your account or API keys are associated with those credentials. Keep them secure, grant agents only the access they need, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. Review commands and outputs before allowing them to affect external systems.

3 · Suspension and misuse

Where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, a security risk or a legal requirement, we may:

  • remove or restrict offending workflows, diagrams and runs;
  • restrict or suspend access to affected features, accounts or API keys, or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches;
  • preserve relevant records or disclose information when necessary and lawful, as described in the Privacy Policy;
  • refer suspected unlawful conduct to law enforcement where appropriate and permitted by law;
  • pursue remedies available under applicable law.

We may act without advance notice where needed to protect the Service or others, or where required by law. Otherwise, where practicable, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to address the issue. You may contact us to request a review. Suspension does not automatically forfeit unused credit or override statutory refund rights; data retention remains subject to the Privacy Policy.

4 · Your content and connected services

You retain the rights you hold in the diagrams, workflow definitions and other content you submit. You authorize us to process that content as needed to provide, maintain and secure the features you use, subject to the Privacy Policy and any applicable data processing agreement. We do not acquire ownership of your content.

You must have the rights, permissions and legal basis needed to submit content, process other people’s data and connect external services. AI providers, MCP clients and integrations may receive data you send to them and operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability, charges and data practices are not determined by these terms. Review them before connecting a service.

AI-generated content and workflow outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Validate them before relying on them or taking action. Use of the open-source SDK is governed by its published license; these terms do not replace that license.

5 · Charges and billing

The MCP bridge is offered on a pay-as-you-use basis, not as a subscription. Current rates and free tools are listed on our pricing page. Review the price, currency, applicable taxes and any credit conditions shown before confirming a purchase. Bridge charges do not include AI model or downstream service charges billed by other providers.

Contact us with your payment reference if you believe a charge is incorrect or wish to request a refund. Refund eligibility is subject to the purchase terms and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights.

6 · Availability and ending your use

The Service may be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults or failures of connected services. Unless separately agreed in writing, we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that a workflow will achieve a particular result. Keep independent copies of important content and test workflows before using them in production.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion by contacting us. The Privacy Policy explains the 30-day deletion grace period and exceptions for records that must be retained. Stopping use does not itself delete server records, cancel third-party services or remove charges already incurred. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the Service or legal requirements. The Last updated date identifies the current version. We will notify you of material changes through the Service or by email and explain when they take effect, providing advance notice where required by law. Changes do not apply retroactively unless required by law or expressly agreed. Where acceptance is required, we will request it; continued use is not a substitute for any separately required privacy consent. Questions and requests go to [email protected].
